I read on TripAdvisor that the hotel does have a lift, is this true?:

Yes, Hotel Navona has a new lift installed in 2015, however not all the parts are wheelchair accessable. The hotel offers all guests a free porter service.

What is included in the room rate?

The room rate includes an overnight stay and VAT. The rate excludes breakfast (available at an additional cost of 10 euros per person), unless otherwise specified in your offer, and the accommodation tax, which must be paid directly to the hotel upon departure. The accommodation tax applies to non-residents of Rome for stays of up to 10 consecutive nights. Children under 10 years old are exempt.

Does Hotel Navona accommodate smokers?

No, Hotel Navona is a no smoking building. You cannot smoke in rooms or communal areas.

Do all your rooms have private bathrooms?

Yes, all rooms are equipped with private bathrooms for the exclusive use of the occupants. Each bathroom has a shower, and we provide a free toiletry set with our compliments, containing soap, shampoo, shower cap and hairdryer.

Is Hotel Navona always open?

Yes, guests can come and go from the hotel 24 hours a day and reception staff are on hand day and night.

Are the rooms cleaned daily?

Yes, all rooms are cleaned every day. Hotel Navona cares about the environment. If you are eco-friendly like us, please ask that the towels are changed only when necessary, otherwise they will be changed daily.

Do the rooms have windows?

Yes, all the rooms have windows overlooking Via dei Sediari and the internal courtyards. Each room also has air conditioning.

Do rooms have balconies or terraces?

Yes, some of our rooms have small balconies. Our staff will endeavour to provide you with a room with a balcony, if available when you check in.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Yes, the buffet breakfast is included in the price only booking on our official website.

Does Hotel Navona have parking facilities?

Hotel Navona does not have a private car park, and is located in a restricted traffic area, which means it is not directly accessible by car. However, several paid parking facilities are available in the area. All the main attractions are within walking distance, therefore a car is not necessary for your stay in Rome.Nevertheless, we have an agreement with a parking facility in the Prati district of Rome and another one in via Giulia, around 800mt from the hotel.

Does Hotel Navona have a restaurant?

Yes, Hotel Navona has a restaurant that serves only buffet breakfasts from 7.30am to 10am. There are many typical restaurants, osterias and trattorias in the vicinity of the hotel for you to enjoy the specialities of Roman, Italian and international cuisine. For tourist groups (minimum 20 people) we can offer half board or full board. Please be aware that for groups, mealtimes, including breakfast, must be arranged directly with the hotel.

Does Hotel Navona accept groups?

Yes, for bookings of more than 20 people you can take advantage of special rates and services including a pick up from Fiumicino or Ciampino airport with a private bus, tours of the city and trips outside the city with a tour guide, and half or full board with the hotel restaurant. Please be aware that breakfast serving time for groups must be arranged directly with the hotel. Is it possible to cook in the hotel?

It is absolutely forbidden by law to cook in the communal areas and in rooms using electric stoves, for example, with the exception of suites or apartments containing a fully equipped kitchenette.
